Thousands of flowers and plants with all their rich colors, fragrances and textures will be showcased at the Northwest Flower & Garden Show. This show will feature six acres of inspiring gardens, free seminars for all gardening levels, and shopping at 350 exhibits related to gardening, outdoor living, and gardeners. A world-class panel including Fergus Garrett, Andrea Cochran, and Roger Swain will review and judge the display gardens and present seminars during the show.
This year’s show will be packed with free “how-to” seminars and demonstrations for small and large garden spaces. A number of seminars will focus on the growing area of interest in vegetable gardens. Top speakers include authors Suzy Bales, Rich Darke, John Greenlee, Valerie Easton, Debra Lee Baldwin, Kathy Brenzel, Saxon Holt, Roger Gossler, and Keeyla Meadows.
The “Marketplace” will feature over 350 nurseries and other exhibitors spotlighting products and services related to gardening and outdoor living. Special attractions will include the “Sproutopia” children’s area, the high school horticulture students’ “Funky Junk” display, floral display competitions, and a container garden exhibition.
